STUDIO SOUTH ART EXCHANGE ARTIST MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
A non-refundable $1.00 per day membership fee is due IN FULL at signing of contract.
All items are under contract for a 90 day minimum term and are subject to a 20% commission fee upon sale.
All art entered must be originals from submitting artist.
All artists have the option to submit up to 20 small items (jewelry size pieces), or up to 10 medium items (pictures of art), or up to 5 large pieces (sculpture or large canvas pieces). Items can be replaced after the first 30 days of contract with approval.
If artists want any unsold items back at the end of the contract term it will be their responsibility to remove said items at their expense and will have a grace period of 7 business days to do so and all items not removed will become property of Studio South Art Exchange NO EXCEPTIONS.
It is the responsibility of all artists to price, tag, and code each item with the assigned code provided by Studio South Art Exchange and list each item individually on the provided inventory sheet PRIOR to contract term and submission of work.
